It has been a long time since I heard from you but you know I always wait a long time I will try to do better in the future. I was up to see your mother last Sunday It is very pleasant there where she lives. We have been quite busy this spring Have been moving We are liveing in the old babtist church It is quite pleasant here Wish you could come in and see us.
It has rained most all day and is such a gloomy day I was going down to Ella L. today but had to give it up. Rose Vanhart wanted me to ask you if you ever got her letter She wrote so long ago thought you had’nt or else you didn’t want to write. Louties beau has just come I think he must be sick to come out in the rain. All of us girls in the stripping room except two are going to have vacation next week I expect to have a big time. How is Tessie getting along? Hellen they say that Mrs Myres is married again (I dont know how true it is) It is a man from near Wellsborough.
