• 1889-05-12 Letter from Mary (Ganoung) Wood to Bert & Helen Stage indicates she has upcoming plans to sew for the Shallers, the Capells and Kate (Wood) Reynolds.
• 1890-02-27 letter from Mary (Ganoung) Wood to Burt & Helen Stage mentions the Capells among those who recently "got religion."
• 1890-04-06 Baptized at First Baptist Church in Mansfield.
