• # Lena Buck died (in a horse/buggy accident) on May 25, 1903. Her obit on Joyce Tice's site, lists her surviving siblings as Frank, Bert/Burt and Leon. Her father is Norman Buck. Her mother was Lucy (Higley) Buck. The Thetge twins are first cousins to the Buck siblings.
• 1870-07-00 Federal census for Harrison, Porter Co., PA, the Bucks lived in dwelling 84: Norman(35), Lucy(33), Frank L(5) and BertonL (2).
• 1880-07-01 Federal census for Mansfield, Tioga Co., PA at dwelling 3, the Bucks: Norman(45), Lucy "G"(43), Frank L(15), Berton(12), Norman L(8), Lena(4).
• 1889-01-26 Letter from Louie Thetge mentions Frank Buck's wife dying. This means he has a first wife. There was a child, taken in by "Auntie". To me this would be a female sibling of Louie's mother.
• 1892 Frank marries again, Sarah "Sadie" Sanford. The child he has with first wife in 1888-89 doesn't seem to appear in later records.
• 1900-06-05 Federal census for Rutland, Tioga Co., PA lists the Bucks: Fran(35), Sadie(25), Flossie(7), Leland(5), Howard(3).
• 1910-04-23 Federal census fro Springfield, Bradford Co., PA lists the Bucks: Frank L(46), Sadie O(35), Flossie(17), Leland(15), Howard(13), Kathryn(2).
• 1925-06-01 NY census for Elmira Ward 3, Chemung Co., NY lists the Bucks: Frank L(60), Sadie E(50), Leland W(29), Katherine A(17) and boarder Glenn H Slingerland(30).
• 1930-04-08 Federal census for Elmira, Chemung Co., NY lists the Bucks: Frank L(65), Sadie(55), Leland W(35), Kathryn(22) and roomer Glen Slingerland(36). Kathryn later marries a Slingerland.
